Getting There
Due to anticipated event traffic, please allow extra time to get to the Garmin KC Air Show. Please read below as you plan your visit to the KC Air Show.
Parking
Parking for the KC Air Show must be reserved in advance and is available on a first come, first served basis. KC Air Show attendees SHOULD NOT park in private business lots. Any vehicles parked illegally will be subject to relocation.

Premium and VIP – Paid Parking

*You must purchase a Premium or VIP Paid Parking Pass in advance. Passes are required.
Option 2
Complimentary – Free Parking
Two designated parking areas with complimentary parking and a complimentary shuttle to and from the KC Air Show.

Johnson County Transit + DS Bus Lines Shuttles
FREE Johnson County Transit & DS Bus Line Shuttles will operate from these parking locations, providing complimentary service to/from the KC Air Show. The only other vehicle access at New Century AirCenter is reserved for Premium and VIP Parking. There is NO parking on-site other than Premium and VIP Parking. Please reserve a parking spot at one of our complimentary lots and catch the complimentary shuttle.
Free parking is available at Garmin and Olathe District Activity Center. Inbound shuttle service will run from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. No access will be granted after. Outbound shuttle service will run from 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Parking lots will open at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the show.

Rideshare (Uber – Lyft – ZTrip – Taxis)
NO rideshare vehicles will be allowed access to the airport. Rideshare users should utilize Olathe District Activity Center where attendees can pick up the Free Shuttles to the air show.
Accessible Parking
Accessible Parking for guests with disabilities is available on a first come, first served basis at designated KC Air Show parking areas.
- Guests must have their state-issued tag or placard visible.
- There is NO available accessible parking on-site at the airport unless you purchase Premium or VIP Parking.
- The FREE Shuttles will have designated accessible shuttles.
